Mental Health & Wellbeing
Mental health and wellbeing can affect every part of our lives — how we feel, cope, connect with others and manage the demands placed upon us. At NeuroDiverse Community CIC, we understand that accessing the right support is not always straightforward, particularly when people are navigating neurodivergence, caring responsibilities, isolation, stress or difficult life circumstances. Our aim is to create safe, inclusive and non-judgemental spaces where individuals and families feel heard, understood and supported, while helping people access practical wellbeing opportunities, trusted information and appropriate specialist support when needed.
Our Sessions
Our community sessions are designed to support mental health and wellbeing in practical, accessible and enjoyable ways.
These sessions are not clinical mental health services, but they can play an important preventative and supportive role by creating connection, encouraging movement, reducing loneliness, building confidence and giving people regular opportunities to feel part of their community.
Wellness Wednesdays provides a welcoming space for gentle seated movement, social connection and time to focus on both physical and emotional wellbeing, helping people build confidence, reduce isolation and create positive routines.
Eco Forces offers opportunities to spend time outdoors, connect with nature, take part in gardening and environmental activities, and enjoy the sense of purpose that comes from working together on shared projects.
Women & Girls sessions offer a safe, welcoming and supportive space to connect with others, take part in mindful and creative activities, share experiences and focus on personal wellbeing, helping to reduce isolation, build confidence and create a stronger sense of belonging and community.
