Build a Workplace Where Every Mind Can Thrive
People work, learn, and communicate in different ways. Are you looking to create a more inclusive and supportive workplace?
This practical workshop will help you understand neurodiversity, improve psychological safety, and explore reasonable workplace adjustments that enable neurodivergent employees and volunteers to succeed. You’ll also gain a clear understanding of your responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and learn how small changes can make a big difference.
You’ll gain simple ideas and easy-to-use tools that can help everyone feel included, valued, and able to do their best.

**NB. A charge of £30 will be incurred for non-attendance not notified to us within 48 hrs of the course start time; this will be invoiced to you or your organisation.
Slough CVS is a local charity funded to support groups in Slough, Windsor, Ascot , Maidenhead and surrounding areas so please only register for this training if you provide services or intend to volunteer in the areas we serve. If we have places available 24 hours before the start of the training and you would like to attend but are not in our area of benefit, please email training@sloughcvs.org.uk and we will try to accommodate you.
