Important Information

  • All payments are non-refundable unless a session or event is cancelled by Neurodiverse Community CIC.
  • If you need to cancel a booking, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll do our best to offer a credit or transfer to another date.
  • If you’re experiencing financial hardship, please talk to us. We never want cost to be a barrier to support. We may be able to offer a reduced rate, funded place, or alternative arrangement.
  • Receipts will be issued on request. For donations, we can provide a confirmation letter for your records.

If you’re a professional, organisation or family member making a payment on behalf of someone else, please include:
  • The name of the individual the payment relates to
  • The service or event being paid for
  • Your name/organisation as the payer
This helps us match payments quickly and avoid any delays.
