Summer Holidays - Family Events
3-Day Mindful Photography & Art Project

Join us for three creative mornings exploring connection, wellbeing, mindful photography and art.
Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th July
10am–12:30pm
The Bay Horse, Catterick Village
Day 1: Meet the group, get to know each other and take part in a relaxed creative activity.
Day 2: Mindful Photography with Mindful Photography UK, including visual literacy activities, a group discussion and a short photography walk.
Day 3: Art Workshop with Dove from Rural Arts, creating artwork inspired by the project.
Participants are welcome to attend all three days. Please bring a mobile phone for the photography activities and suitable clothing for a short walk.
Session run by Mindful Photography UK, supported by Dove from Rural Arts and hosted by Neurodiverse Community CIC.

Summer Holidays - Family Events
Eco Forces Assemble! Our NDC Eco Forces group is heading out on a special trip to the Braywick Nature Festival on Saturday 1st August at Braywick Nature Centre, Maidenhead.
We are so excited to explore a brilliant community event full of nature, learning and outdoor fun.
The festival will include live music, food and drinks, activities, tractor rides, games, a quiz trail, stalls and more — a perfect opportunity for our Eco Forces members to connect with nature, discover new things and enjoy time together as a group.
Eco Forces is all about encouraging children, young people and families to care for the environment, understand wildlife, build confidence outdoors and learn how small actions can make a big difference to our planet. Trips like this help bring that learning to life in a fun, hands-on and memorable way. 
Our group outing will be on Saturday 1st August, so keep an eye out for further details from the NDC team.
We cannot wait for a day full of nature, community, wildlife and Eco Forces adventures!

Ready for the Summer Holidays? A huge thank you to our friends at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts for very kindly donating 10 tickets for Armed Forces families this summer. 
We know the summer holidays can feel exciting, busy and sometimes a little overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent children and young people who may need extra planning, predictability and accessible activities.
This generous donation will help some of our Armed Forces families enjoy fun, creative and inclusive activities together over the summer break.

NDC Windsor will be at Rock the Rec this August!
We’re so excited to be attending Rock the Rec Community Music Festival on Sunday 30th August 2026, from 12pm–9pm, at Clewer Memorial Recreational Ground, SL4 5AY.
It’s set to be a brilliant day full of live music, food, rides, stalls, games and community fun — and we can’t wait to be part of it!
