Since its establishment in 2019, NeuroDiverse Community CIC has made a meaningful and lasting impact by creating accessible, neuroaffirming support for neurodivergent children, young people, adults and their families.

Through community groups, family support, guidance, employment programmes, training, wellbeing activities and inclusive events, NDC has helped people feel understood, connected and better equipped to navigate the challenges they face.

By responding to local need and working collaboratively with schools, healthcare professionals, local authorities, Armed Forces services, charities and community organisations, NDC has strengthened support networks and helped reduce isolation for individuals and families who may otherwise struggle to access appropriate help.

Our work has also increased understanding of neurodiversity among professionals and within the wider community, while creating opportunities for participation, confidence, skills development and belonging.

At the heart of NDC’s impact is a commitment to listening to lived experience, removing barriers and building communities in which neurodivergent people and their families are valued, included and empowered to thrive.
