Referrals
NeuroDiverse Community CIC works collaboratively with professionals, statutory services, schools, healthcare providers, local authorities, employers, charities and community organisations to support neurodivergent children, young people, adults and their families.
We welcome both self-referrals and professional referrals; and work in partnership with referring organisations to understand each person’s circumstances, identify appropriate support and provide clear pathways into our services, groups, advisory guidance, training and specialist programmes.
Our approach is person-centred, neuroaffirming and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes through effective communication and coordinated support.
A separate referral form is available for Armed Forces referrals, helping us respond appropriately to the specific needs of serving personnel, veterans, reservists, cadets, military families and service children.
We love a good collaboration...
We welcome opportunities to partner with organisations and community groups that share our commitment to improving support, strengthening communities and creating more inclusive opportunities for neurodivergent people and their families.
At NeuroDiverse Community CIC, we believe that meaningful and lasting support is strongest when organisations work together.
Neurodivergent individuals and their families may have a wide range of needs that cannot always be met by one service alone, which is why effective partnership working, clear communication and coordinated support are so important.
By collaborating with statutory services, schools, healthcare professionals, charities, employers, local organisations and community groups, we can help ensure that individuals and families receive more joined-up, accessible and appropriate support.
NDC is always open to developing new partnerships, joint projects and collaborative opportunities that improve outcomes and strengthen local support networks.
Community engagement, growth and inclusion are central to our mission, and we recognise that by sharing knowledge, resources and expertise, we can create stronger, more inclusive communities where neurodivergent people and their families feel understood, valued and fully supported.
