🎓✨ NDC is heading to Windsor College Freshers Fair! ✨🎓

We’re excited to be attending the Windsor College Freshers Fair on Wednesday 9 September 2026, giving students the chance to meet the NeuroDiverse Community CIC team and find out more about the support, activities and opportunities available through NDC Windsor. 💙

Starting college can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming — especially for neurodivergent students who may be navigating new routines, new environments, new expectations and new social situations.

That’s why events like Freshers Fair are so important. They give us the opportunity to make sure students know that support, understanding and inclusive spaces are available to them from the very beginning of their college journey.

Come and speak to us about:

💙 Neurodiversity and SEND support
🌈 Inclusive community activities
💼 EmployAbility and employment support
🧠 Mental health and wellbeing
🤝 Advocacy, information and signposting
🌱 Opportunities to get involved with NDC

📅Wednesday 9 September 2026

⏰ 12:00pm – 1:30pm
📍 Windsor College

We’re really looking forward to meeting this year’s students, welcoming new faces and continuing to strengthen our relationship with Windsor College.

If you see the NDC team, come over and say hello! 👋💙

Sisterhood • Support • Empowerment • Safe space

Join with kindred souls on Wednesday 9th September from 7:30pm ~ 9:15pm at a Day Centre in Dedworth in Windsor for a nurturing Women’s New Moon Circle — a sacred gathering to pause, reflect, and reconnect under the energy of new beginnings.

This is a safe, supportive space where women come together in sisterhood to be seen, heard, and held. Through guided meditation, intention-setting, gentle sharing, and mindful craft-making, we create space for reflection, creativity, and empowerment.

Its benefits include;
* A sense of belonging and support
* Clarity and intention for the month ahead
* Creative expression and self-connection
* Empowerment through shared energy and sisterhood

A sanctuary to listen deeply—to the moon, to each other, and to yourself.

NeuroDiverse Community CIC Windsor Forces is pleased to invite you to join the Service Children’s Progression Alliance (SCiP Alliance) Impact Centre Listening Tour when it comes to Windsor this September.

The Impact Centre wants to hear directly from professionals and organisations working with children and young people from Armed Forces families about what is working well, where challenges remain, and what could make a meaningful difference to the support Service children receive.

This is an important opportunity for those working across education, health, youth and community services, local authorities, sports and activity provision, and the wider Armed Forces community to share their experiences and help shape future understanding, practice and support.

Event details:
📅 Thursday 17 September 2026
⏰ 12:00 – 16:00
📍 Poppies Children’s Centre, Windsor, SL4 4XP

The SCiP Alliance is supported by the Ministry of Defence, includes members from Cobseo – The Confederation of Service Charities, and is led by the University of Winchester. Its work focuses on improving outcomes for children and young people from Armed Forces families through evidence, collaboration and the sharing of effective practice.

At NDC Windsor Forces, we see first-hand how important it is that the experiences of Service children, their families, and the professionals supporting them are heard and understood. We would therefore be delighted to welcome colleagues from across Windsor and the surrounding area to contribute to this important conversation.

If you work with Service children or Armed Forces families, your insight matters. Come along and tell us what works.
You can register via the SCiP Alliance events page at scipalliance.org/events or use the link below:

Please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues, teams and partner organisations who may also benefit from attending.

We look forward to welcoming you.
🌈 Neurodiversity Inclusion in the Workplace 💼
📅 Wednesday 23 September 2026
⏰ 10:00am

We’re excited to be delivering our Neurodiversity Inclusion in the Workplace training — designed to help organisations better understand neurodiversity and create workplaces where neurodivergent people can thrive. 💜

Neurodiversity is part of the natural variation of the human brain, and an inclusive workplace benefits everyone.

This training will explore practical ways to:
✨ Improve understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace
✨ Recognise and remove barriers to inclusion
✨ Support neurodivergent employees effectively
✨ Create more accessible and inclusive working environments
✨ Build confidence when communicating about neurodiversity
✨ Move beyond awareness towards meaningful inclusion

Whether you’re an employer, manager, HR professional, colleague or simply want to develop your understanding, this session is an opportunity to learn, reflect and take practical steps towards a more inclusive workplace.

At NeuroDiverse Community CIC, we believe inclusion isn’t about asking people to fit into existing systems — it’s about creating systems that allow people to belong, contribute and thrive. 💜

Please share with your workplace, colleagues and networks — let’s make neurodiversity inclusion part of everyday working life. 🌈
